Mingyue Connex

This project located in Pudong District. Currently it stands as art-deco style and kind of eclectic but not exactly decoration. The renovation of the facade is dedicated to embody the high-end quality of the office and make it modern and classic which differs from other style of the surroundings. This scheme will not break the previous structure but optimize it to realize the rationality and modernization. Continuing the curtain wall system and taking out the vertical structure on low-level to activate it. Upper-level facade keep the window system and replace aluminium panel with new window under the construction module.
