The functions have been distributed in a way to increase communication, efficiency, and exchange among different departments, while carefully considering the needs of different users. The main headquarters building provides excellent working space, along with high-class amenities for the corporate club on the top floor. The building is attached to the education and training center on the east, the hotel is exposed to the main avenue on the west. The façade design of the office towers combines a simple yet rich language, efficient and easy to build. The design emphasizes the viewing experience of the surrounding landscape from the interior.
“The wise find pleasure in water; the virtuous find pleasure in hills. The wise are active; the virtuous are tranquil. The wise are joyful; the virtuous are long-lived.” (Confucius) Mixed with modern design methods, the Homeinn landscape design has taken advantage of the “mountain, water, green area, view” elements to create a typical Suzhou-style garden landscape with the utmost natural hues. Our goal is to create a natural and harmonic environment for the Homeinn headquarters, a total utopia.
