Kunshan Science & Technology Park won 2013 Successful Award
The administrative center of Kunshan Small Nucleic Acid Industrial Technology Park is located at the intersection of Yuanfeng Road and Gucheng Road, Kunshan High-tech Development. This is the first stop to enter the Kunshan boundary from Suzhou, and there is a direct road to the building-making it a landmark in the area. At the same time, the administrative center is located in an important position of Kunshan Nucleic Acid Science and Technology Park. As the first completed building, it represents the entrance of the entire base, thus becoming a representative flagship building in the park. All visitors are welcome.
The Administration Center serves as a communication and exchange platform for visitors and scientific and technological workers. The building covers an area of 11,400 square meters and has 6 floors; it has multiple functions such as reception area, conference and conference facilities, library, cafe, exhibition area and administrative office, and is mainly located on the first three floors. In addition, flexible office areas are laid out on the upper floors of the building, not only for companies staying in the park, but also for external service providers whose main target is the users of the science and technology park. The underground area is 2,050 square meters, which is mainly used for parking and storing equipment.
