Broadway, located next to Beijing South Railway Station, is under modernization and rebranding. The former U-Show mall turned into Botanical Garden Office. The “Metropolis” concept was applied in the 130,000㎡ huge isolated commercial box to create an urban scale project. The space is divided into 3 Broadway Plazas, defining the arrival and user experience of different user types. The former wasted huge atrium and car parking floors are turned into the “green park office”, which become the highlight of the project renovation.
