Industry-University-Research Base in Liaogouhe Area
The production-study-research base is the first area to be developed in the Liaogou River area and will also become the flagship project for the development of this area. The design is based on modern and high-tech standards; the arrangement of buildings is optimized, and the facade directly facing the lake is added, creating different angles of the lake landscape for the indoor space. The public space organically connects the building and its surrounding spaces, providing a more active flow of people, avoiding the existence of "surplus space", and creating a more diverse and integrated atmosphere. Through various landscape planning, waterscape and green space are connected to each other. The space along the lake will be used for business and leisure, and the green space will be used more for office buildings or studios. All office buildings and working spaces have flexible and changeable space design. Each floor can be used independently or jointly by one or more companies. At the same time, every user can enjoy the south-facing facade, plenty of light and modern interior design. The simple design and enclosing treatment of the building create a unique effect, making it a landmark building.
Gusu Software Park
It is the start-up project for the overall development of the core area of Jinchang New City. The project follows our vision for the next-generation software park and will be built into an urban software park in the core area of Suzhou that integrates work, life, leisure, entertainment and innovation. The total construction area of the project is 309,270 square meters and will be constructed in two phases in the future. The base is located in the newly formed Gusu District-Jinchang New City area in Suzhou. The northwest side is the government office area that has been built, and the surrounding areas are mainly built markets and residential buildings. The transportation in this area is convenient, and Shanghai can be easily reached through the expressway on the northeast side and the intercity railway on the southwest side. In the future, the plot will become the gateway to the Jinchang Central Business District.
Kunshan Small Nucleic Acid Science and Technology Park
It is a brand new project. This eye-catching administrative center gives the entire park iconic public service facilities.
