The project is located in Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Export Processing Zone, which is in the transition period from industrial manufacturing to industrial service area. The surrounding area of the base is all land for industrial plants, the north side is an industrial building, and the construction of the office building in the northeast corner has been completed. The current base is an industrial plant and will be completely demolished. The functions around the base will be improved in the next few years.
The general planning goal of this project is to design a modern R&D office park with a modern style and create a high-quality work environment that meets international standards. And through the overall design of buildings and landscapes, all buildings in the project have a good visual experience, and the overall working environment is also improved. The engineering nature of the INESA Golden Bridge Park project is R&D office, and the main industry directions are green lighting R&D, automotive electronics R&D, smart card R&D, and precision instrument R&D. The project is located in Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Export Processing Zone, 30 kilometers away from Pudong Airport and 11 kilometers away from the Expo Center. There is a line 12 station that is about to be completed nearby. The land of the project is adjacent to Jinsui Road in the east, Rongqiao Road in the south, Jinji Road in the west, and existing buildings to the north.
