Jining Economic Development Zone Won First in Competition
After multiple rounds of review in the design competition for the Innovation and Research Center of Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone, the scheme designed by logon Logon won the first place and won the bid. The project is located in Jining, Shandong, with a total site area of 133,340 square meters. The project focuses on the urban design of the office park (planned area of 132,200 square meters) and the design of the headquarters and office buildings. The entire park is composed of 5 villa office groups and 2 independent supporting facilities. The new commercial facilities are located at the east main entrance of the park and the north square. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of function, purpose and identity, logon's design provides a thorough functional layout.
The office park is easily recognizable from the exterior and has a landmark facade. Its outline and façade are harmoniously unified, thus forming a landmark. The bottom of the building is contrasted with different colors and facade treatments, so that people can feel the inner atmosphere.
The Innovation Center provides 132,200 square meters of low-density office space along the 500-meter-long base. The plot is divided into five parts, and each cluster is composed of a 22-meter-deep "ji"-shaped building. The layout of the building is from west to east, making full use of the width of the entire site to provide a comfortable distance of 20 meters for the building's north-south spacing. All office spaces are equipped with high-quality lighting and ventilation systems. Different colors are applied between the building and the building, so that people can easily identify the destination, and at the same time, create a diverse atmosphere in the office park to avoid monotony.
Entering from the outside of the office park to the inside, it shows a completely different look and atmosphere. From the iconic and relatively closed facade to the colorful and large-scale buildings, it is perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment of the city. The scattered skyline and prominent building facades make the entire park very representative and create a landmark image.
The office floor plan of the villa provides high efficiency, and the area of a single building ranges from 1,500 square meters to 3,000 square meters. The building stepped back, or protruded from the space, cleverly created the public area. The two facade designs inside and outside create different park atmospheres. The exterior facade is designed with a mosaic pattern, rich and protruding, while the simple and neat interior facade is strewn with large pieces of aluminum and glass, appearing quiet and soft, creating a quiet office environment. The appearance and color of each group is different, so that people can distinguish the office area where they are located.
The main landscape design of the park is divided into two parts. The public green area dominated by the central axis, the waterscape and green landscape run through the north and south of the park. It can be shared by all office spaces in the park, and plays a good role in connecting the different functional areas of the whole park. The people in the park can reach the public axis from all directions to enjoy life services after work. At the same time, each villa office group is surrounded by greenery, with independent landscape courtyards, making it more private and quiet.
