The design process paid close attention to every detail; only state-of-the-art appliances are used in the outfitting of the interior, and luxurious and extravagant finishes are lavishly used on all the surfaces to create a sense of exclusiveness. The landscaped entrances ensure a smooth transition between the public sphere and the apartments located on the first floor, and the green areas and water features preserve inhabitants’ privacy. The four towers are arranged in such a way that all the residential units have a south-facing orientation, which gives the majority of future tenants a nearly 360-degree view. In an effort to break down the massive high-rise volumes, the towers, a residential development in the heart of the CBD, are made slightly curved with properly designed spaces in between, in heights ranging from 13 stories in the south of the site to 16 stories in the north. And the modern façades make the buildings differ from the traditional residences. A reference to the latest global residential ideas, the scheme aims at creating a comfortable living environment.
Situated in the new Qiantan Business District of Pudong, this modern residential compound provides luxurious international-styled apartments. The compound is equipped with a wide range of amenities including a family-friendly clubhouse for dining, meetings, and parties along with a gym with a swimming pool. A lush vegetated park with ponds and meadows form a dense and diverse landscape that surrounds the compound.
Unlike any other residential project, this project combines the western principle of perimeter block development with the eastern idea of north-south orientation to create an exciting new typology for a residential building.
