F659 won IF Award
The F659 boutique office building designed by logon won the 2017 iF Design Award. logon Roan provided a one-stop design solution for this building built in the 1990s, starting from the commercial positioning, and running through the architecture, interior, lighting, landscape design, and even the logo system design.
The renovated F659 has a brand-new facade and a public area with a unified aesthetic style, and the spaces and functions of different floors inside have been further subdivided. The lower floors are used for exhibitions, the middle and high floors are standard office areas, and the upper floors are administrative office spaces. The most flexible third floor has become a service-style office space, designed for business people and creative people. Nowadays, a co-working community has settled in. The reconstructed F659 has become a unique high-end boutique office space in the CBD of West Nanjing Road.
