ULI Urban Regeneration Topical Forum – Remodeling Projects was successfully held on July 20th. This event took place in "THE INLET", a new project of Chongbang Group in Hongkou district, Shanghai. Heyu Wang, GM of Innovative City-Industry Development of Longfor Group, delivered a speech on the rebirth of “Longfor Blue Engine Danshui Innovation Park”.
The project is located in Minhang innovation zone in Shanghai, with a total 46 buildings cover 45,000 sqm. logon renovated the outdated factories to a new 2.5 industrial park for high-tech tenants. It offers a resourceful mix of functions that integrate R&D, office, F&B in one place. Longfor Blue Engine Danshui Innovation Park is becoming a representative urban regeneration project, which is cooperated by Longfor and MinHang location authorities.
