Hexa International Plaza was completely upgraded to a Grade A landmark office building in downtown Beijing. In close cooperation with AEW and Hony Capital, logon has designed the building with the goal of enhancing asset value. The Hexa building is certificates as WELL Gold which focus on the healthy and comfortable working environment.

logon has built an ESG innovation platform to support sustainable design. The platform members and the design team share knowledge and work together. It becomes an interactive platform for clients. The members to communicate and understand client needs, helping them to analysis and clarify goals, to assess environmental certification systems and to develop right sustainable strategies for the projects. Couple of projects on going is designed based on the guidelines of Ultra Low Energy, Passive Building, LEED, WELL, Reset, etc.

On May 20th, logon was invited to give a training at “ULI ESG Leadership Training Program”. Frank Krüger, Founding Partner and Creative Director, Juliana Valerieva, Innovation Director, and Tan Yang, Smart Director, talked on the theme of "Sustainable Design". They also discussed the low carbon exploration and action plan from the perspective of design in the real estate sector.

On May 21, Wang Fang, CEO of logon, was invited to participate in "Fudan University Real Estate Online Forum” sharing the theme of "Urban Regeneration and Asset Enhancement". She discussed the sustainable regeneration strategies, organic methods with operational thinking, and empowering scenarios through design to increase asset value.

On June 2nd, Fang Wang, CEO of logon and Tianchang Si, Director of Research and Branding, were invited to give a lecture at "Urban Regeneration Seminar", themed on “Urban Regeneration in the context of low carbon”. They discussed the trends and paths to green regeneration through multiple aspects, including sustainable design approach, rebranding and positioning, incremental and organic urban regeneration, etc.
