Innospring Incubator and their headquarter office is located throughout 11th floor of an office building in Hongkou District. Previously the space comprised small-sized rented offices that were set up in a ring formation. Multi-international companies are moving in and utilizing the open office space. The design provides a flexible layout: a multi-function serviced hall for meeting, events, breaks and co-working space. All the different functional spaces connect with each other and form a funny and vibrant working atmosphere, where new idea and inspiration can emerge and be built upon.

Aifeel Hotel, a non-standardized hotel for Millennials, a fortunate city corner for urban business travelers. Youthful and diverse brand elements were lively and orderly applied in public space. Starry sky wall, warm lighting and city patterns, provide an “on the way” atmosphere. Aifeel applied new concept of borderless Commons as a social and spiritual place in the hotel. Using furniture and contrast materials to divide the large space, creating a sense of path. logon has designed the “Fun Accommodation” rather than a standard room, which focused more on functionality, efficiency and comfort.

How can a property asset keep up in a fast-paced changing market? Ascendas Innovation Place located at No. 686 Jiujiang Road, adjacent to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street near People's Square. A total construction area of 27,850 sqm.  The first and second floors of the building were designed to create an open space with better visibility. These were adapted to the new commercial atmosphere helping enhance the value of the building. Integrating food and retail, event area, co-working space and facilities to achieve brand reshaping. Building façade to keep the proportion and pattern harmony with the city image of the protected area. Maintaining the style simple and practical help to increase the height of the floor by 30 cm. Lighting design was applied to improve lighting issues and comfort in the interior spaces. The modernization of the Ascendas Innovation Place has become a new landmark where life and work are perfectly integrated.

WHAT DO G2-GENERATION EXPECT FROM CHAIN HOTELS? How to restart the space in chain hotels in order to attract the young generation? The renovation began with the cluttered and incoherent facade. Windows are used as the basic visual elements which consists of a new geometric facade - providing the building with much needed light and significantly reduces noise levels. The reception area is located by an underground courtyard, with further green spaces allocated to each room for privacy and safety. Additionally, the roof garden offers a place to take in the capital from a special point of view.

The Central Plaza is adjacent to Shanghai People’s Square and surroundedby the Shanghai Cultural Museum, MOCA Contemporary Art Circle, Shanghai Museum, Shanghai Grand Theatre, and many other cultural landmarks. Inspired by the cultural surrounding nature of the area, the concept of the project is the interconnection of the landmarks creating a focal point. The same cultural interconnection is where the logo and visual identity is conceived. Since the space in the lobby is very limited, the logon.design team created a simple and unified modern space with the concept of building a “focus point”. The lobby materials are two single-piece white aluminum and grey seamlessterrazzo floor. White horizontal lines and elements of white glass handrails emphasize on the multi-layered feel of the space supported by black columns as the pillar structure.

What if boutique offices, co-working space and showrooms could grow out of an outdated office building? The 10-story traditional office building was built up in the 1990s. The renovated F659 has a new distinctive facade, and the inner spaces have been aesthetically unified, with the different floors providing different functions. Lower floors are designed as showrooms. Higher floors are for standard and executive offices. Now the third floor has been used as a co-working space. Thanks to its location near SMG, the third floor is crowded with freelancers from the media industry and small venture teams. On top of the building is a roof garden available for events. The new F659 is a unique and boutique office building in the CBD of West Nanjing Road.

The location of the Hongshen building is very unique in Beijing. Along the second ring road, we have a very good visibility and a very good accessibility of the building. Our design concept for the building was based on the understand of the building, of the building’s location and the context. So, for that, we first optimized the space inside. We expanded the public spaces down to the basement, connected it all together, and gave it a great entrance, and also provided great experience for the users by connecting all the public spaces together. The design concept of the building was first to modernize the building, use current materials, glass, steel, reflective materials, very light materials to first bring the building into the 21st century, really make it a modern building, satisfy the current needs of daylight and the current needs of the users inside.
So these hexagonal elements, with a wood going down from the basement into the void, into the second ,3rd floor up there, is very strong and very important element to upgrade the lobby not only into a modern lobby, like many other buildings have, but also to maintain the local culture inside the building, by this combination of traditional elements in a very modern building, interior design. Very modern side, with the daylight coming in through the south lobby, through the south glass wall, we believe that this building has a very special character that if exactly reflects what is needed to do at this special location. We believe with our design now, we can not only bring the building back to its original quality, we can actually enhance the original quality, make it an even better building than before.

The Huibao Group Maida Plot is equipped and designed with a public lobby, that serves many different purposes, it is a zone to divert traffics to many different areas, and also a space for users to wait and rest. The reception desk is located in this same area between the lobby and the showroom to maximize its efficiency in greeting and serving the visitors. A boutique sale center is also found in the building, place where to showcase the group’s most recent marketing development project. With the support of galleria triangles which are wedge-shape display partitions that define the space and are perfect to introduce the groups past-present and future works in a visual-sound approach.The general floor layout is set to utilize the space around the void as an additional sub lobby, not only provide an additional waiting area for casual activities but also create a buffer zone to separate the office areas at the ends.

There are 2 buildings within our site. The southern tower is Maolian Mansion, it was built as storage for bank, and it is heritage protection level 3. The northern building is a 6 floor office building. The design is uniformed subtly but different due to each characteristics. As a heritage protected building, Maolian Mansion’s south, east and west facade is protected to be changed. The strategy is clean up the existing and repair the broken parts. The original design is using horizontal stripes which is maintained in the new design and extends all over the building to have a uniformed image. All the windows are unified by size and using the same classic steel windows. The decorative tiles are tore down and finish with new light color plaster. Within those horizontal bands, new lighting elements are installed. It not only lits up the building by night, also gives a touch of detail to the building during daytime.

The interior details and outdoor facades are inspired from the sign of quarter rest. At the Homeinn Plus 3.0, people will find temporary peace in the fast-paced travel life, get inspired for a new chapter. The Jazz atmosphere conveys the brand's unique artistic sense, concise and cheerful. The interior decorations give guests commercial experiencing, as if listening to jazz music and walking into an eluxury boutique. The Homeinn Plus 3.0 organized different stable enclosed space and equipped with designed furniture. The space is set up with business facilities such as printing, scanning, vending machines, phone booths that canbe exclusively serving one person’s working, three people’s discussion, and six people’s meetings.
